They are a super friendly and yet still focused couple. We approached them with a somewhat difficult, unique situation, and they helped us so much figure out next steps and worked wonderfully to give us all the information we needed, both in regards to leaving our old home and buying and new one. One thing that really stood out to me was that after we had finished looking at all the houses on the list for that trip, I found one online that I really wanted to see. Doug happily turned the car around and got us into that additional house that same trip instead of having us wait until the next one! When we did settle on a home, the amount of work they put in from offer to closing was unbelievable. There were many issues that had to be sorted, and unfortunately some significant unprofessional behavior from the other party. Yet Doug took everything in stride and we felt confident that he was fighting for our case. In the end everything was figured out with no small effort from these amazing realtors! We highly recommend this couple!

Now the long story. We first contacted Janette in 2019 because we wanted to sell our house. She could easily agreed with us and helped us sell our house. Instead of doing that, she researched our home value, compared that against recently sold homes, and prepare a small book (tons of information there) that let us know how a much of a bad decision we would be making. I want to point out she in no way gave us her opinion, she presented the facts and use her expertise to forecast numbers. We decided to hold on the sell. Go to 2020 in the middle of the pandemic and we realized we were too far away from our friends and also in need to better schools. We contacted Janette again and she wrote another small book for us to show us the facts and numbers of our house. This time, we were in a good position to sell. She helped us figure out how to stage our house to make it look very attractive and get better offers. Once we got offers, she was great providing feedback about our wants and how they were comparing to the market facts. We ended selling out house for more than what we originally thought we could sell it for. I highly recommend Janette for your current and future real estate projects.

My dad had passed away leaving me the house and contents. So the house needed cleaned out and vehicles removed from property. Jeanette and Doug helped with all that was needed. Allowing the property to sell for a reasonable price. That was a great help since I lived out of state.
